Delete your ParentLog account from the app.
ParentLog servers do not hold the Google Drive authorization needed to remove files from your hidden app-data area. The most complete available flow therefore starts inside the signed-in mobile app, where you can approve the connected deletion steps.
In-app steps to delete account

Open ParentLog on the signed-in device.

Go to Settings, then Advanced settings.

Choose Delete ParentLog account and approve the confirmation prompt.

Approve Google Drive access if asked so ParentLog can remove its hidden app data.

Wait until the app confirms deletion and signs the device out.
Once you approve deletion, the app coordinates the following:
- Removal of selected local database rows, app-private files, and secure key material covered by the current deletion flow.
- Removal of hidden sync files and media blobs inside Google Drive.
- Erasure of device registration and FCM credentials on the metadata server.
- Deletion of the ParentLog Firebase Authentication account after the connected steps succeed.
Please keep in mind that:
- Deleting your ParentLog account does not delete or modify your personal Google Account.
- Active app subscriptions are handled directly through Google Play and must be canceled manually in the Play Store to prevent automatic renewal.
If you are unable to open the mobile application to trigger the deletion sequence, please send an email to privacy@bluesparrow.dev from the Google account address connected to your profile.
After proportionate verification, we can assist with connected account data ParentLog controls. We cannot directly access or clear artifacts inside your private Google Drive app-data area.
Current deletion boundaries
The current flow retains a minimal deletion-pending account row, deletion request, subscription tombstone, and public integrity receipts. Its local purge does not yet explicitly clear every newer record table. After the in-app flow, use Android app-storage controls or uninstall if you need to remove remaining local app data, and email privacy support for connected-service follow-up.
Important Drive note: app-data scope
ParentLog uses the restricted drive.appdata scope. Its app-data area is hidden from standard Google Drive views, and ParentLog servers do not hold Google Drive refresh tokens. The signed-in mobile client must have Drive access available to attempt removal of those artifacts.
